Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing video and images are mandatory for approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
