At Tinsel Box, every piece is carefully checked before dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and images are mandatory for approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
